ECR Voice Calling Features
Call Forwarding allows you to redirect your incoming phone calls to another number, such as a mobile phone or office phone number. Variations of call forwarding exist, such as when there is no answer or when the line is busy.
Ex: Debbie is leaving her house to run some errands in the afternoon. She activates the call forwarding always feature she previously set up by pressing *72 on her phone to automatically forward all calls to her cell phone. Once she returns, she’ll stop forwarding the calls to her cell phone by pressing *73 on her phone to deactivate the feature.
